Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, prices, products, warranties and customer service. If something is wrong with work done in your home, it usually helps to bring it to the provider first and keep a written record.
Please tell us as well. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short may be removed. Keep in mind that Tryblazar Walk-In Tubs cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund a provider's work or act for a provider.

We will email to confirm we got your complaint, usually within a few business days. We will then look into it. That may include contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If our reply does not settle things, answer the email and ask us to look again. You may also get help from your state attorney general, a state consumer protection office or the local Better Business Bureau. For licensed contractors, your state's contractor licensing board may also be able to help.
